We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team. We have a full time position available that starts at $15.25/hr. Ability to work weekends is a must. We are able to train qualified candidates from scratch. Have a bunch of directly applicable, recent work experience? We are willing to take that into account when making an offer for employment! The Cafe Lead supports The Cafe Manager in leading an organized and smooth running department that focuses on providing an ever changing variety of healthy, nourishing meals, snacks, baked goods, fresh meat, seafood and cheese. The Cafe Lead will support efforts to meet department objectives for sales, margin, labor and customer service satisfaction. The Cafe Lead supports the Cafe Manager’s goals for the department through their work by performing other tasks as assigned. In the absence of a manager, The Cafe Lead will be a person in charge.
