At 11:30 AM on Saturday, May 18, The Chatham Marketplace Board of Directors welcomes owners to join us on the porch for our Annual Meeting. Attendees will hear the results of the 2024 board elections, updates from our Board President, Kelly Woods, as well as operational updates from the store and financials. There will also be time for feedback and questions and attendees will enjoy some lovely baked goods made from scratch in our kitchen in celebration of successful new bakery operations.
Why do we have our Annual Owner Meeting every year in May? Our co-op opened May of 2006. The annual meetings mark the yearly anniversary of our co-op beginning. Also, its in our by-laws! So we kinda have to 🙂 Saturday is a great day to do it, so folks can come visit the Chatham Mills Farmers Market in our front lawn first and then follow up with some co-op updates, a little treat and be on your way.
