We continue to seek more owners. More owners strengthen the co-op’s financial position during start-up and will sustain the co-op as a committed consumer-owner base once it’s open. Our goal for 2008 is to sign up our 1,800th owner before the end of the year! It could be you!

Download an ownership application by clicking on the link, complete with the gift recipient’s information and send in with a check or credit card payment. Your friend, neighbor, colleague or family member will be thrilled! They will be welcomed to Chatham Marketplace and informed who gifted them a share. The Benefits of Ownership
Of course, anyone can shop at Chatham Marketplace, but by becoming an owner you are entitled to:
- A year-end Patronage Refund based on the amount of your purchases and profitability of the Co-op.
- A Free Gift of a Chatham Marketplace t-shirt or canvas bag for each adult included in your share.
- A volunteer program in which owners can work for the Co-op and receive store coupons.
- Free Home Delivery to senior citizens and/or homebound owners within a 5 mile radius of the store once a week.
- A 15% case discount on in-store cases or special orders.
